Came to Newfoundland for a trip and had a puncture. Very good car repair experience. Although there was some adjustment on the first day, the front desk was very good. The manager was also very nice and patient. He communicated with me using translation software and ordered two new tires for me and replaced them the next day. Recommended
Great service experience (Jackie is amazing) except for cost of brakes - my SUV just turned 2 years old and front and back brakes have gone which I think is unreasonable for a luxury vehicle.
Since Jackie became part of your customer service team (perhaps in the past we have dealt with her), the experience is quite different. Communication is top notch from her and she is consistently updating you.
